VFC Gear Return/Exchange Policy

31-Oct-2011 Items with a manufacturer’s flaw can be returned or exchanged, subject to the club’s supplier agreeing to replace or provide credit for, the item. Items otherwise damaged will not be replaced/exchanged free of charge by the club – determination of flaw vs damage is at the sole discretion of the club. If an exchange is requested to change the size of an item, the item must be unused and still have the original tags
